well, guess i should have waited til next week to step on the scale ... i gained 3 pounds!! yikes - back to the grind! altho, i'm pretty sure that those two whole cans of soup i had the last two days might be causing me to retain some water :-) ...
not the end of the world, but still a little shocking!
speaking of looking good ... you look fabulous, Debba ... so fit and healthy and slim ... and i'm so jealous of your thin, shapely calves!
it was sooo cool on my walk this morning - 48 degrees and windy ... brrr! kept me moving pretty quickly - my time was 47 minutes.
went to the grocery store last night and stocked up - bought boca burgers and the pseudo-chicken garden burgers ... nice to have in the freezer for a quick meal. it will be fun to try them out and see if i like them.
also got brussel sprouts ... think i'll roast them up tonight and have them with the chicken breasts that are marinating that i'll grill tonight. geez, i'm making myself hungry!
gave claudia one of the putumayo bling pins this morning ... since she didn't get to go on vacation, she needed a little sparkle!
how is sonny? did he get moved?
gotta do my weights tonight ... and i swear one of these days, i'm gonna get busy with the resistance bands ... so much to do, so little time!
anyway, it was so fun to be together ... even worth 3 pounds! thanks for being my BLP...makes it all more fun!
